Toshiba AC NA

I made the mistake of updating this app and it no longer works, gets stuck on a popup message saying “long press to edit your card including delete, rename”. i don’t have access to any functions, this is now completely unusable and useless.

Stuck on a prompt to long press to add a card, but the app will not allow you to move forward. This is a UI issue that needs to be fixed ASAP.

Had Toshiba portable air/heatpump unit for a year. Worked great. Now the AP updated and get the message “long press to edit card” and the screen is frozen.. can’t seem to get past that. Reinstalled app, no change. What did you guys break? Can you fix it? iPhone 13 with the latest OS.

It keeps going to 30 degrees Celcius no matter what temperature setting you use.

The connection to the app worked the first year and now Wifi doesn't work on ac and qr code is "illegal" and leed to no website! Do not try to add to HomeKit!

Toshiba should be embarrassed by how plain, limited, and wonky this app is. Simply horrible. Zero improvement. Will avoid Toshiba products in the future.

So I bought the window AC with WiFi but the function seems not working well. Sometime I lose connection and see the AC as offline on the app so I need to reset the AC settings and play with it. Finally I found the solution. It is working for me every time so I think it might work for some of you maybe. ** Solution ** Rename your current connected WiFi to any name and then connect the AC to it. Then rename it to the original name and connect to it. It will solve the problem. Note: you don't need to switch off and on the AC every time to connect to wifi just hold the wifi button on AC.

Works good when it’s online, but seems to have trouble staying connected. To get it back online I have to do the full setup again, which is very annoying.
