I can’t open app on my MacBook. It was working till now and now I can’t open it. Please help solve my problem. Thank you.

After it was renewed yesterday I don’t have access to videos I had access to: everything in the section TA Online Studio ( Advanced, Intermediate, Dance cardio, Selective Content…). Videos are locked. I can watch only TA Live. Please return my access, unlock videos I paid for. My subscription is active and paid per month until 10 dec 2024. Thank you.

Love the workout and the app is great if all you want is to watch this week’s videos and have better video controls than on the website. Also really appreciate the ability to download a video for when I’m working out in a location with no WiFi. However the settings toggle to prevent autoplay of the next video does not stay selected and the “Live” section includes just a few of the actual live classes — very odd omissions. I’ve never used the favorites feature so can’t speak to that. I also find that every few days or so I have to force restart the app to get it to play videos.

I keep coming back to Tracy Anderson Intermediate workout. Nothing else has changed my body like her workout has and I love that I can do it in my own home. I appreciate that the workout changes every week so it is never boring. My only complaints are the expense and when Tracy gets political in her after chat. We do not see eye to eye on politics, so I wish she would zip it when it comes to political talk.

TA content is awesome—I’ve subscribed for years and I can’t live without it. But this app needs a lot of work. The content appears to all be there, but none of it will play or download for me. I’m logged in to my account and it says it’s available until I try playing it and then an error message appears to say content not available. Boo.

More than 3 years with TA. I look wonderful and I fee l strong and healthy. 5 or 6 times a week!!”!”!

The app should be perfect for the price. Every time I work out there is a glitch. I’ll change my review when the app actually works.

Terrible customer service - I got charged after cancelling and they will not refund me. Do not recommend

Hi, Ive been trying to cancel my subscription and the app doesn’t appear on my subscriptions, I also contacted you via mail and you said I hace to do it through the app store but it’s nowhere to be found, please help me.

The app really needs to be updated. I can’t find it in Apple TV. It glitches on my phone making it really hard to complete workouts. Does the TA team realize there are programs that are $20/month with excellent apps! I’d rather do TSS at this point. I could do free workouts on YT! Hello! This product is way overpriced for what you get!
