The app should be perfect for the price. Every time I work out there is a glitch. I’ll change my review when the app actually works.

Terrible customer service - I got charged after cancelling and they will not refund me. Do not recommend

Hi, Ive been trying to cancel my subscription and the app doesn’t appear on my subscriptions, I also contacted you via mail and you said I hace to do it through the app store but it’s nowhere to be found, please help me.

The app really needs to be updated. I can’t find it in Apple TV. It glitches on my phone making it really hard to complete workouts. Does the TA team realize there are programs that are $20/month with excellent apps! I’d rather do TSS at this point. I could do free workouts on YT! Hello! This product is way overpriced for what you get!

Bummer. This doesn’t show any of the videos you’ve purchased. For example, if you’ve purchased any metamorphosis or continuity videos, they don’t appear in this all. Can we please add this function! I wish I could download those videos I bought, or at least view them in the app.

Customer service representative Meg was more worried about making a quick buck rather than relations being maintained between TAM and the public. I emailed back and forth with this company and explain to them that my download of the app was accidental and they would not refund me my $96.30 which was the difference between my account being overdrafted or not.

I currently don’t have a space to do this workout other than the Zumba room in my gym and was hoping I could follow this workout from my phone. You can’t expand the workout so when I lay my phone against a chair, I can’t see Tracy because she’s also far away from her own camera. I can only do the mat exercises. The app also freezes when I try to skip toward the mat exercises and I didn’t even get to do the workout. Very frustrating when your motivated to workout and can’t even utilize a 100$ workout program you just bought. The quality on her Instagram is way better than the app. Unfortunately, I’ll be cancelling this subscription. I’m not sure why you can’t expand the screen. It’s meant to be hooked up to a smart TV. I’ve followed many workouts on YouTube or even Instagram, like Ashleigh Jordan and can actually see the workout.

All my apps steam with apple play on my TV but this doesn’t - can’t use it till this issue gets fixed. Please fix and don’t ignore app issues otherwise you’ll lose users!

I love the actual workout/TA method. However, for the price of the subscription, the app simply does not match up. It is very difficult to navigate and very impersonal. For example, doesn’t keep track of classes I’ve taken, doesn’t record history, etc. If using just a phone as the streaming device, the videos in class are extremely hard to see and not great quality. I am debating keeping my subscription simply because of the app which is shame because I love the workout.

This app is awful. Very glitchy. I have to restart the app constantly. Sometimes the audio will play over its self, like 2 different audios.
