Just got this app. Giving it a go and so far it has been easy to use plus you can’t beat the price! Love setting a target heart. Excellent for maintaining zone 2.

Really enjoyed this app for a couple of years. Now the timing is way off . It gets really bad after 30 minutes. 2 minute interval is time at 5 min with my stop watch. Not sure what the problem is. Woddy311975

Has potential but it’s missing important features. At its current state it’s not worth the $. I’d rather pay more and have more features.

Price wise, unbeatable! Has workouts from zwift, trainerroad, custom workouts, ability to create your own workouts, training plan, ability to export your WO to zwift, an excellent calendar, Coach Jack, connects to strava, new features constantly being added and an excellent customer service! All that for $5/month.

5 stars for TrainerDay. It does not have the predatory pricing model that TrainerRoad and Zwift have.

I have used Trainer Day for 9 months primarily for structured workouts. Unlike so called “smart” apps, Trainer Day gives me the flexibility to build exactly what I need. No second guessing. No automatic changes based on limited data. Just the workout according to my specifications. The new Slope Mode is fantastic. Winter 2022 is going to hurt. I couldn’t be happier. Well done.
