The app does not work. One action within the app will perform a different task each time. I cannot connect my device to the app, I cannot pay without trying 5-10 times, and I have no way of knowing when my data plan runs out… Well, I’m out of here…

Version 3.0 is a night and day difference ! The app itself is now clean ,has a better feel and extremely user friendly . Data consumption now shows as well as the remaining days ! Great job !

Would give it zero stars but it won’t let me. I’m force to give at least 1 star. This app no longer works or recognizes my device so pussed I wasted my money to upgrade the sapphire.

As of 21/11/2023 this app is garbage. Nothing works. save your time and stay away.

Do NOT get the wireless sapphire if you’re living in an area with no windows ESPECIALLY if you’re deployed. I got this to stay out of the heat whenever I wanted to call my family and it only works outside. I talked to the horrible customer service and they confirmed I need a good service and it won’t work if you’re in an enclosed area DO NOT BUY

The app knows my TravelWifi Sapphire device but possible data plans won’t load. I’m back to using the old Sapphire app.

App crashes, won’t even open!

New updated app is terrible, doesn’t even let you log in when it decides to work. I can’t even get it to open it force quits all the time. I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed in the app. Not sure how this will affect my upcoming travels. I had bought it last year and did a few Europe trips and it worked great, but since they updated the app nothing works.

I’ve got a Sapphire 2 and app won’t register it when I type in the IMEI. Seems like this is a trend ongoing with this company. Fix asap.
