Horrendous Experience.
I’m here in europe for about a week now with no wifi that I paid for because day 1 I can’t get ahold of any support agents, Day 2 I get in contact with a support agent and he’s having difficulty activating the service so he says he’ll send me an email so I can take it up with someone else. Day 3 I get no email and I try calling them again and I can’t get through to any support agents again. Day 4 same thing. Day 5 same thing. complete waste of $100 for the most insignificant service I’ve ever received. Extreme waste of time and money. I typically shy away from reviewing but this service has just sent me through so many loop holes from waiting minimum 10 minutes every time to get told there’s no agents to agents telling me they’ll email me and never emailing me anything. Completely revolting device and even worse support team.
