Wanted to download app to buy tickets. Never works just says “server error”

Went to the mobile pass app. Bought a one way ticket on the app with a credit card. Put in my name and address. Clicked ok. Just for order to disappear from the app. Then I get an email saying I will get my ticket in the mail in 15 days. Call help desk and all sales are final. So I have to buy another ticket when I get it the train station. Ask the help desks if this happens allot? She says “ No”. Then I go to the app reviews to see it happens to everyone.

The app crashes every time I open my pass to be scanned. The guy was understanding enough because he saw the pass for a split of a second before it crashed. It’s been a very long time that this happens. Please fix it, seriously! Also the user interface was done by a 6 year old probably.

After I purchase my TriRail pass and try accessing my pass, the app crashes and takes me to the iPhone home screen. This is very frustrating since I cannot show the train authorities my pass through the app.

When I tap to activate a mobile pass the application closes unexpectedly.

I purchased a mobile pass through the in app purchases. They app charged my account, but never produced the pass. When calling their support contact, the agent stated that there was nothing they could do and I would have to make another purchase. They also advised me to not to get on the train without purchasing another pass.

The ticket machine at miami airport and Hollywood station is out of order. The second machines have a broken F button for paper tickets. Sometimes the credit card function does not work and you have to pay cash if you have it. Then insert your $10 bill and you won’t get change. Then try to make a complaint on the tri-rail app to customer service and the date screen does not work and you have to start all over filling out information again. The Weekend schedule is once every hour and late night ends at midnight. Just so ridiculously frustrating for anyone if managers checked equipment and listened to their customers

App recently improved just one thing super annoying. I need to login everyday. Not sure if it is app got updates or token expired. It is a real nuisance

I am able to purchase my passes on the app but they are not able to be scanned once purchased. Once I tap on my pass, the barcode appears for milliseconds and then returns to the previous menu. When I tap on my pass again, I can see the ticket logo appear for a few seconds and then the app crashes. The app is not proving to be useful for keeping mobile passes. Stick to the physical easy pass card for now. Hoping the mobile system/app will see significant improvements soon!

App crashes: when you click on schedule, when you click on passes. I have online monthly pass and sometimes it takes forever to load. Before rolling any feature best to test it out. Unless im the one who is having this issues. IOS user.
