Does SFRTA live in a bubble??? I can’t even purchase a ticket because my address is out of state. Like come on, really? You need better IT professionals because this is ridiculous.

This app is good to look up schedules and stations. Purchasing tickets work, but the app boots me out when I click to get the barcode shown. I have logged out, deleted, and brought it all back and still have that issue.

So many bugs. Cant create an account or buy a pass because the payment page and billing address is corrupted. Been going on all week or for weeks and still no fix.

7/11/24 - cannot input a correct address in the payment page, meaning you are unable to add new credit cards or make payments. Very frustrating. Whenever you try to type in an address it defaults to some variation of Miami.

I can’t use the app because it will not load the “add payment method” page. I can’t buy tickets because I can’t add payment. I also tried to create an account via the app for 2 days before it finally stopped giving a “server error” message. Finally was able to register and can’t add payment. Beyond frustrating. This app is trash. Update: the ad payment finally loaded but the billing address drop down is all “Miami” -it errors out because you can’t add your billing address. So, I repeat: this app is trash.

Seems that the devs didn’t, any in way, test this app before releasing it to the public. I work in the app arena and I have never seen anything as garbage and amateur as this, especially coming from a govt transportation sector. It’s just absolute trash. I would prefer to not give it a star as that is wayyyyyyyyyy too many.

Unfortunately not a good app to use as everytime we try to see the schedule it shuts down. Not even able to buy certain passes on the app; only with machines at stations. FL needs not only a better app, but a better public transportation. Not even express we have yet from the location to head to miami :(

When trying to display ticket, will crash every time!

Tried to purchase a ticket while on the train (got there as it was leaving). The billing address won’t pull up addresses correctly so you can’t purchase, which caused me to get a ticket for not being able to purchase a ticket. Kinda pointless to have the app if it doesn’t work at all 🫠

Tried to use the app to purchase passes. The app asks for your street address. You type in your street address and the dropdown address lists “Miami, FL, Miami, OH, MIA” as suggested address. I live in Lake Worth. How does this make sense? I ended up doing everything manually. Terrible app.
