Havent been able upload videos in main chat for at least 6 months. Videos longer than 3 mins cant be uploaded in 95% of cases. Have reinstalled app and made sure i am on latest phone software 7 times - no change. Contacted support, got a generic response, that i hold reinstall and upgrade software - you gotta be kidding me. Would not recommend!

Why can‘t i push a session forward or backwards? Often the plan of my coach is not compativle with my dayli plans. For a client this app not good to use.

I had a terrible experience with TrueCoach. I was offered a discount through ISSA, but when I signed up, I was overcharged and the promised discount was never applied. After reaching out for a refund, they refused to resolve the issue, citing the discount was a “mistake.” This feels like a scam, and I’m deeply frustrated by how they handled it. I will not be using this service again, and I strongly recommend caution before signing up.

You won’t have access to your own data such as bodyweight entries, workout weights, progress photos etc if you switch providers.

I really like how all the workouts are downloaded and the instructional videos for workouts I’m not sure of how to do. It’s like having a coach in the pocket.

My coach programs the workout into the app but no amount of refreshing, logging out and back in makes it show up. Sometimes the workout doesn’t show up in the app until the next day. The app is becoming unusable. It used to not be like this.

I use this app as a gym member and it’s a terrible experience. It’s very hard to search workout history even with exact keywords some don’t show up in the return. When my gym sets up a new roster of workouts I go in and adjust the dates to match my schedule. Often the app automatically adjusts the dates and right now there’s a bug that won’t let me change the dates from what the app set. I hate this app.
