I liked the app until the update. User interface is hard to understand, but worst: everytime I check my workout program my music stops and the instruction films starts auto playing. Really breaks my flow! Please fix!!!!

App worked great until last update, where dark mode added, which is just horrible. Comment field is now white background with white text ☹️

I had a terrible experience with TrueCoach. I was offered a discount through ISSA, but when I signed up, I was overcharged and the promised discount was never applied. After reaching out for a refund, they refused to resolve the issue, citing the discount was a “mistake.” This feels like a scam, and I’m deeply frustrated by how they handled it. I will not be using this service again, and I strongly recommend caution before signing up.

You won’t have access to your own data such as bodyweight entries, workout weights, progress photos etc if you switch providers.

I really like how all the workouts are downloaded and the instructional videos for workouts I’m not sure of how to do. It’s like having a coach in the pocket.

My coach programs the workout into the app but no amount of refreshing, logging out and back in makes it show up. Sometimes the workout doesn’t show up in the app until the next day. The app is becoming unusable. It used to not be like this.
