Getting customer support
Love the game, just wish there was an easier way to get customer support. Also, I’m not sure if my EA account is linked to this account. And I’d like some help ensuring that.
Developing Suggestions
It’s a great game but you guys should make it more realistic and closer to the sims 4 at the same time , such as controlling Who walks into and out of the doors , and lock them at night , wearing pajamas and make them sleep under the blankets , making a rainy days as well , ( small details make gamers happier )
It’s not like the original pc sims
But still great, love it!
Update required but there is no update?
Reinstalled a couple times already but the game still insists I need to update, except there is no update on the App Store.

OMG this game is so fun it’s not like Sims four on the computer but why should they make a better game if you need to buy it in $200 at the computer???

נתקע לי הsims ! אין כפתור יציאה מהמסך שנכנסתי אליו . סגרתי את האפליקציה כמה פעמים וזה עדיין מופיע לי באותו מסך ! ואין כפתור יציא ממנו
