Game has multiple special 'quests' which are basically impossible to complete without spending real money due to short time frame (1 day to complete over 10 quests that often take a few hours each) and glitches that come with the quests. The concept about the Sims having energy and needing it to carry out tasks doesn't add to the storyline and only makes the game more draggy and frustrating.

I tried to buy more sims cash today and there seems to be a fault. The money was debited but no sims cash credited. The messages - transaction in progress, transaction cancelled and to continue this transaction to restart the game- keep showing. I tried many times restarting the game and turning off my phone. Still same issue. I cannot buy any sims cash! Please solve this glitch or fault!

I've linked and saved my game progress with Apple Game Center, but the game couldn't load the Sims data and crashed every time I tried to play. I reached out to a customer service representative named Pawan2, unsure if they were an AI or not. They pushed a few links and asked me to check them out myself. Despite I had already tried out all the steps, I still couldn't resolve the issue, so I sought further help from customer service. They replied extremely slowly while I patiently waited for their answers, hoping for additional guidance. However, after five minutes, they responded with only a few words and then immediately closed the chat while I was still trying the steps they had instructed.

I spent 40 dollars on this but when I deleted it twice everything got deleted I like the game, but please can you save purchases or whatever

This is a good game but whenever I want to level up, it takes forever but when I don’t feel like leveling up, it keeps leveling up

hi why does the app say theres no internet connection when both my bar and signal are full bars. wifi is strong but it still says no connection.

Ok , so, don’t get me wrong. This game is great and everything but I feel like you should update it😅but overall it’s pretty good 👍

So far the game has been quite fun but it could be better with pets

It’s so cool and then I find one man and we dater until my level go up and we get married

Sometimes the game just wouldn’t start. No updates or anything. Makes people dejected to play.
