i can’t cancel my premium subscription, and wrote an email to support group, but they never responded:(

However, today, when I tried to create lecture notes from my laptop, the site prompts me to upgrade to a premium account and does not allow me to use the feature. Thus, I have paid for the service but cannot use it. Please check the status of my subscription and resolve this technical error. I downloaded only for the purpose of creating audio transcripts, but in the “transcript” window it says “no transcript currently available”. Very disappointing.

So Its a really cool App and idea but its just way too Limited in the free Version and the paid one is just way too expensive

It helps and is a liable option if you want to analyse or record conversations and lectures.
