Sensor is always stuck.
Thinking this should be the true name of the device. Our house has a total of 10 zones that are part of the cleaning routine. If I want all 10 completed in a single run I need to essentially babysit the thing so that I can click the override on the stuck sensor message. Its not stuck, I have cleaned the hoover as directed from top to bottom multiple times even going as far as to use an air duster to ensure no dust could be causing the error. In every zone I need to press the override button at least 2/3 times sometimes a lot more. Tech support provided about as much help as you would get get from a wet papaer bag carrying curry chips. Hmm did you check the sensor ( well thank the tech gods for that idea) did you try cleaning it as per the manual( again that k thr te h gods for this suggestion) did you try rebooting it, did you try deleating it, did you try a hard reset on it. Next option is mine, did you try beating it with the now empty soggy paper bag or perhaps a hammer. Wishing my wife had not wasted the rediclus money on this and instead bough one of those Dyson light weight jobs instead. At least I would get the cardio in while doing the hovering rather than exerciseing one finger.
