Tyl Rewards

The online customer support for consumers appears to be none existent. I’ve tried linking several cards to the app in order to qualify for rewards and it just will not let me link a card at all. Totally useless from what I can tell.

Found out about this app through my Tyl application. After being denied for no reason the merchant I have no use for this app and can’t offer it too my customer. Off to a more professional outfit that wants to offer better deals, merchant services and doesn’t mess me around. The app itself is very basic anyway and trying to get customers to download an app is a whole hassle for them anyways. Plenty of other rewards partners who offer simpler concepts at more affordable pricing structures with less inconvenience for my customers.
