Uber Eats is a joke for us restaurant partners as customers can request for full refunds and they expect us to send video evidence of us delivering it to the customer? Or they will just refund every single customer and customers can refund multiple items and you then lose money and even if you email back to reject it they won’t allow it as they would prefer to lose a restaurant partner over a customer it’s honestly ridiculous how Ubereats operate better off just sticking with just eat
