UH MyChart

Using My Chart is the best medical communicator. It avoids having to be put on hold at the doctors office and then waiting for a call back. Often, you need to call several times. With My Chart, you can get right to the point and I have always received an answer in a timely manner. My test results come back as soon as available. I can make an appointment with ease at a location of my preference. My chart is ACES!!!!

I think that the staff at University hospitals are very compassionate, very caring and very considerate of their patience. I want them to know what a well job they do every single day and every time that I come in contact. Sincerely their patient Crystal Smith.

I have paid all of my co-pays on the day that I attend my physical therapy appointments. I can see that they are paid and yet for some reason they have not been applied to the bill. We’ll have to contact UH billing I guess because I cannot see another way of figuring this out….

Dr Pamuk said to contact him through My Chart after my October 30 appointment. I can not find a way to contact him. I love having visit summaries and text results through My Chsrt, but how do I contact a doctor when he asks me to??? Please help! Juanita Taylor 03-19-1951

The App is very easy to use and extremely detailed. I very happy with it.

Unfortunately, I have an appointment in November but it does not show up on my app. I asked by health care provider to look into this two months ago. He notified IT, but it was not corrected.

The staff well knowledgeable and empathetic. Overall experience excellent
