Forced to pay additional charge for the plan did not choose for
I only chose the 3-month weight loss plan and I entered the payout session for this plan only, but I found out from my bank transaction record that I paid for the coach consultation too, which I did not chose and even don’t know there is an option for the individual consultation. Then I reported my case to the team immediately, but the team just cancelled my subscription of the consultation plan and said I am not qualified for refund. I don’t understand why I need to pay for or fulfill your condition to ask for refund, and kept emailing the team for 2 weeks, but got no reply so far. I am very disappointed, this is a scan which forced user to pay additional charge and disallow users to ask for refund for something that users did not choose, and no one would response for support.
