Avoid to download this app!!! It’s a huge scam. As soon as you download they start to charge you for things that you don’t want or need. It’s super tricky. They charged me three times for more than 100$ . No money back!!! Stay away.

It's a scam, double charged me. And then the 30 day money back guarantee is not valid if you do not complete the 14 day plan in detail. Complete scam deluxe. Avoid!

They are scammers who took my money from the account even though I sent them an email. I canceled my subscription and did not use the program. Do not subscribe. They withdraw a lot of money from the account. Requested a refund on my purchase almost immediately after buying it. We are talking about 15 minutes between the purchase and aending away my refund request. The support would not give me a motivation on why they decline my refund request although according to EU law the company have to accept refunds withing 14 days. Not that I care about 18$ but it is now a principle issue for me. Do not subscribe to this unserious app!

The app did not meet my requirements at all. The app I normally use it 10x better. The fact they have a refund policy to trick consumers to waive their legal rights is embarrassing. EU law give us as consumers the right to cancel purchases (within 14 days). WARNING they force you to use the app for 14 days which means a catch 22 you can’t cancel because you have not followed the fine print and when you did follow the fine print the surprise it is more than 14 days. I cancelled within less than 24 hours as you can’t even log your food properly. The trainings are sub par at best, ok if you really are a beginner I guess. While the app might be good to some (?) it did not work to my requirements at all. Do not buy unless you are very sure! I have no idea how their average could be anything above 2*. After changing back to my normal app I lost 6 kg within weeks…. And which way better support and analysis. Basic app, scam warning and fraudulent cancellation policy. Please refund me as a principle…. I have sent three emails incl explanation why I want a full refund, surprise no refund. I look forward to read others reviews which I did not do before purchasing. Hope this review help you to understand that the refund policy is ridiculous and fraudulent!!!! 1* as I can’t put 0 *. Good luck reaching your training goals with Another app. Embarrassing that I did buy. Scam!
