Fraud
Unimeal seemed promising at first, but it quickly turned into a hassle. Once you subscribe, there’s no way to easily unsubscribe within the app. I was shocked to see automatic deductions from my bank account with no option to stop them! Customer service was unresponsive, making the whole experience frustrating and untrustworthy. Avoid unless you want to deal with unexpected charges and a lack of support.
Charged even without subscription!
I did not even subscribe to your plans, you just charged and without prior notice! Please cancel it now!
Not user friendly
This has got to be one of the hardest subscriptions to cancel to date. The support is not responsive and there’s no option to cancel in the app. When I tried canceling thru the website, it’s not sending a security code. Don’t start it at all.
Scam/Fraud
This is real scam. Don’t waste your hard- earned money in this scam, they charge without your knowledge and consent
Inflexible. Inconsiderate.
When I subscribed to the meal plan, when I clicked "ok", it didn't proceed right away so I clicked "ok" again and then it loaded fine and AUTOMATICALLY went straight to saying thanks for subscribing to the USD 19.9 subscription and then proceeded to another offer which I automatically clicked "x". I emailed and asked for reconsideration but they’re very hell bent on not even listening to my request. I would like to point out that the way it was designed was so "strategic" that it would be very possible to accidentally click on “ok” with no chance to reconsider as the moment it was accidentally clicked, the money was automatically deducted from my account. No confirmation whatsoever. Lesson learned for me I guess.
Worst customer relations
Won’t give you any refund whatsoever.
No Cancellation in Settings
I just subscribed for a month and even before the end of the process they will charge you additional fee. There’s also no way of cancelling the subscription. I sent them an email to help me and waiting for the response
I was charged without any notice
I subscribed to a 7 day trial just to see and check the app. Today, i received a notification that my card was charged $36.98 for a service and subscription that I didn’t agree on. I want to cancel the subscription and a full refund of my money. Thank you

I downloaded your app to test it but I was charged for it and I just found out now even if I deleted your program long before my goodness!
