According to the rules refund should be available during first 30 days without any explanation but it is unavailable in case you want refund. The app itself is just another log to write down calories and schedule exercises which are not suitable according to needs. There are lots of same apps at much lower price. Resume: overpriced, refund within claimed period is impossible, no unique features.

Rating: 0 star I do not recommend this app because of its very unclear subscription policy. The first thing that stands out is the lack of clear instructions and information about paid subscriptions in the app. They started charging me for subscriptions I supposedly signed up for, but I can't find any proof of this either in the app or on the company's website. Access to the account is unstable, and information about subscriptions does not sync between the site and the app, which creates confusion. The terms for "hidden" subscriptions do not allow for refunds if the subscription was activated accidentally or unintentionally, and you only have a few days to cancel a subscription. When I finally managed to log in on the site and cancel the subscriptions, I was told that the amount would still be deducted every three months! Moreover, customer support does not respond to inquiries on time. They only respond after a dispute has started through the bank. The payment was made through Apple Pay, but they started deducting funds through different payment entities even after I blocked the payments. As a result, I lost over £70, which the company refuses to refund. The whole experience with this app felt like a scam. In the end, I had to change my bank cards to prevent further unauthorized deductions.

If you install this app- be ready, you can’t unsubscribe and delete your account!!!!

Also has a subscription with no reminder. Don't forget to fill chargeback claim on their subscription to the bank

The developers said that you can ask for a refund if the plan of app won’t work and help you, but they will never make any refunds. Not helping me. I can’t recommend this app.

You use Ukrainian flag on your logo and you scam people. That is not what we do in Ukraine. You charged me after I canceled my subscription. You refused to refund money. You did not send receipts. You did not send notifications about upcoming payment. That is not how people who support Ukraine behave.

I cannot believe I paid so much for this. No integration with Apple Health, weight input is manual, no tracking of fasting, no custom food or recipes, no custom water portions, no tracking of the liquid from other drinks, no memory of the last meals. Seriously, I'd rather have 4 different apps that do all of this, instead of 1 Unimeal app, that does the only thing properly - workouts, though with very limited functionality as well.

I really enjoy my experience of weight loss with Unimeal! First of all, I learned how to cook fast and tasty, the second but not less important, that all the dishes are very delicious and in a couple of days I have stopped feeling hungry anymore. Two months since I have begun using this app and I don’t want to stop. In the app, there are a bunch of useful materials which help to figure out the weight loss process, what could impact it, and how to manage everything connected to a healthy life. My advice to all users, don’t have a lot on your plate :) let yourself eat everything, start with a couple of workouts per week and enjoy your journey! You don’t have to give up on parties or your habitual activities. Step by step learn how and try to add more and you won`t notice how your habits and preferences will change.
