Sign up problems
Have been trying to sign up and I keep getting stuck at the one time pin page. I don’t receive any pin no matter how hard I try. How am I meant to trust the app if a common pin can’t be sent to my number for days now

· Follow prompts to complete registration

Union bank should fix the app issue
For close to two months now I’ve not been able to access my UnionMobile app, it’s has refused to open and it keeps showing me that its updated. Went to the back but they told me there was nothing they could do and they need deducting money from my account for no valid reason... this is do bad.
Very bad customer service
I have been using Union bank for the past eight years now and I can’t help but marvel at the level of lackadaisical attitude that is been displayed now unlike before, these people are doing a very bad job at customer service, very unfriendly and unwelcoming I stopped using the bank after the no cash policy, I suffered cause I wasn’t able to access my money went to complain and still got attitude from someone that’s supposedly there to help me it went on for like 3 weeks sent several emails, visited the bank several times despite my busy schedule none of it was pleasant when I finally got my money i left the bank for good. The branch in paseke abk has to be the worst
Very Bad Charges
I withdraw 2500 just for a small needs, I was charged 278 Naira. What a horrible banking charges with no proper monitoring from their team .
Always deducting my money
You guys are criminals...cus tell me why 100naira is deducted daily from my account,sometimes 500naira,the most painful one is dat I will buy airtime or data using my ussd code ...you people will debit and would credit me d card and data I recharged...always disappointing someone via transfers using d ussd code...you people are big thief and deserve to be sued....I’m going to d bank next week to withdraw all my money and close my account cus it’s frustrating.criminals
