This bank and banking app all of them are the most inconsistent and inefficient bank ever, never reliable , anybody that opened this acct and wants to download it, please delete it and delete your acct before you use this your acct, they will affect you mentality trust me

I can’t transfer because it shows invalid account, so many others

Union bank is one of the worst bank ever in this life This union bank , every Saturday it doesn’t work or even goo at all The bank is so frustrating Everything about them is frustrating

Please remove the startup audio when the app is being start up. Anytime I open the app, it disrupts other audio on my iPhone. Even when I turn it off, it still somehow stops interrupts other sounds on my phone. To be honest I don’t think anyone needs to hear me opening my bank app in public. Kindly remove it please

Very useless app. Very useless ussd. How will one bank be so useless? I’m not surprised after all it’s a Nigerian owned establishment.The only saving grace is the card atp. The money being spent on fictional updates would be put to better use being shredded and used to do paper mache art. At least the bank will stand out for good due to the art. Incompetent institution.

Worst bank I have ever used …. Why can’t I receive OTP in my email inbox and y can’t I change my number through my app like every other bank ….. even when I keeps going to the bank to change my number to another new number and they will fix it and tell me that after one week I will start seeing my new number , which after one week the old number will still be there … And I have Been to two different union bank location to change my old number to my new number yet they can’t fix it I regret opening account there And now my money is just stick in that bank cus I can’t withdraw without OTP

For your sanity, don’t use union bank for any important transactions. For now particular reason, union bank has choosen to delay my money anytime payment is made to my account or I make a transfer to another union bank account. This behavior is unacceptable and looks shady, for now, don’t keep your money in union bank as they are unreliable, my 2 cents as I am frustrated with all of this back and forth. I can’t wait to get back this fund, so I can just stop transactions with union bank.

I am highly disappointed with the services of this bank. It is incredibly unreliable, especially when it comes to accessing my money. Every time I make a transaction, there always seems to be some issue or complaint, causing unnecessary delays and frustration. This has made it difficult to trust the bank for important transactions, and as a result, I barely use the account anymore. A bank is supposed to provide ease and reliability, but this one falls short in every aspect. This level of inefficiency is why I have grown to despise using your services. I strongly urge the management to address these issues and prioritize customer satisfaction.

The most useless bank I’ve ever seen

Both the bank and the server is so useless I can’t even make transactions went to the bank also they keep saying same thing and it has been going on for month now no rectification I think the best thing is to disable my account and stop banking with a very useless bank like this
