Disappointing App ( UPTCL)
I'm extremely disappointed with the Uptcl App. I attempted to make a payment through the app, but it failed multiple times, resulting in unnecessary charges to my account. Overall, my experience with UPTCL has been disappointing. The app's poor navigation, unreliable performance, and unhelpful customer support have made it a frustrating and untrustworthy platform. Until these issues are addressed, I would not recommend to anyone.

Very slow at a new device
Worst Application Ever
You can add numbers but you can’t see the details of each number, only default number details can be seen. Application crashes too much. Better to work on these things rather increasing prices only. 👎
Recharged on the wrong number
I provided another number to recharge super card of PKR 1900 but it was recharged on my number when though I had recently changed my account. I har chosen someone else’s number, but still the balance was recharged on my number
