Why don’t you use some of your budget for making your services better rather than investing on ads? Please fix your app, even it says bugs fixes 6 days ago instead you put more bugs in your app. Can’t see keyboard when typing, also the app is asking to key-in my details again and again. Is this a joke for you! 😡. I think apple also need to push you for making the app better. Don’t know how the hell you got approved for launching the app in IOS. Very, very Bad Service

I haven’t seen a bad App like this in all my life. You have to type all your details every time and at the time of sign up you have to type your details several times and when you press on submit they show error. Boycott ufone

I'm extremely disappointed with the Uptcl App. I attempted to make a payment through the app, but it failed multiple times, resulting in unnecessary charges to my account. Overall, my experience with UPTCL has been disappointing. The app's poor navigation, unreliable performance, and unhelpful customer support have made it a frustrating and untrustworthy platform. Until these issues are addressed, I would not recommend to anyone.
