I ordered cleaning 1 week ago for today at 2.30 pm since that time cleaning team hasn’t come but was on chant through the app every time the cleaner was saying I was coming and after 1,5 hours my booking was canceled. This is unprofessional, you don’t respect the time of your customers. I will never recommend this company.

Had a bad experience. Not gonna deal with them again.

Horrible service experience!!I ordered cleaning,was waiting for them ,they got late and then they just canceled my booking,and took money from the card .won’t order anything from them anymore .Massage was not good too from there

The app is not taking any responsibility of service provided, so it’s same as you call to any random agency. I tried cleaning several times, and service quality was poor.

So useful app for Dubai, must have everybody

First time they were late and without any ID so security didn’t let them in. I rescheduled for later and the same happened. Why your workers don’t have their IDs with them? It’s difficult to get a support with this app. Don’t recommend!!!
