Using the app for a year, for a several jobs. Don’t like the company. 1. Handymen are not qualified for all jobs, that are on the app. Had experience with plumber that did not know how to disassemble built-in flush tank. 2.company is taking pre-payment, and if something goes wrong prepare to have multiple calls with new operator every time on your issue 3. UC would call you on mobile during the day if you browsed app and did not made order. Highly intrusive, absolute lack of telephone etiquette.

They can cancel service cleaning.. day by day . And no com back money.

I’ve provided all the prooves that their “professional” made my flat dirtier than it was before cleaning and asked for one more free cleaning or full refund. However they’ve just gave me 20% discount for the next “cleaning”. Don’t waste your time on this “dirt making” company

I ordered cleaning 1 week ago for today at 2.30 pm since that time cleaning team hasn’t come but was on chant through the app every time the cleaner was saying I was coming and after 1,5 hours my booking was canceled. This is unprofessional, you don’t respect the time of your customers. I will never recommend this company.

Had a bad experience. Not gonna deal with them again.

Horrible service experience!!I ordered cleaning,was waiting for them ,they got late and then they just canceled my booking,and took money from the card .won’t order anything from them anymore .Massage was not good too from there

The app is not taking any responsibility of service provided, so it’s same as you call to any random agency. I tried cleaning several times, and service quality was poor.

So useful app for Dubai, must have everybody
