STILL garbage! Won’t even allow me to enter street address for location - even the address the app itself suggests! Can’t proceed with report! How many reports does the city blow off this way?
Laggy, buggy, and just when it looks like it’s finally going to let you submit your report, it freezes or crashes again. Tax dollars presumably paid for this app, but apparently testing was too much to budget for. It’s useless garbage. So who’s responsible for its current state? Has it ever really worked? Phoning in just tells you to use this service instead.
Useless app in HTML with bad UX
Completely useless app, difficult to read, navigate and find basic information. Not sure why this exists in 2024.
World best place with world worst city stuff
World best place with world worst city stuff. I wander how much they spend to create this trash.
It doesn’t work at all
I’ve made an account but now I can’t log in at all via app OR website. It claims “incorrect log in and password” every time. Even after resetting my password. I’m not illiterate, I know my log in.
Your app stinks just like your city
There’s been no response or months on any incident reporting. Nor was the issue ever corrected
A deterrent to reporting concerns
When you try and use this app, just take a moment to remind yourself that someone at City Halk got paid to deem this application good enough to release to the public. Or maybe its job is to convince you it’s impossible to get your concerns addressed. New updates and rebrandings of this app keep coming, but it still doesn’t even let you edit info you’ve entered without changing other info (a random new address?), or just freezing up and crashing.
Since it’s continued in such a useless state through numerous updates, this is clearly just normal functionality for this app. Just like sweeping tents off Hastings Street and pretending people aren’t just carrying on camping along the residential nearby streets. Keep pretending, Mayor Sim.
Garbage. But the crappy garbage collection in Vancouver
Freezes, location sucks, can’t report anything.
Maybe you should take that 300L salary for parks manager off LinkedIn and pay some devs
Terrible
Why log in? The app will require you to re-enter your name, email and tel all over again after you’ve entered your request. Make sure you have EVERYTHING ready because if you go away and return to the app, even immediately, all of your input will be lost. Very amateur and unnecessarily complex app. Maybe its design is intended to prevent citizens from reporting anything to spare overpaid City employees from having to do any work?
Basically unusable
This app is so slow you can walk the dog, brew a pot of coffee and drink it before it loads a page. Useless.
Slowest App
The city and the entire development team that built this app should be embarrassed by how slow this app is. So much loading bar! I want to rate the app higher for its practicality, but OMG so slow.
