Venco | Estate App

Currently in darkness after a super hectic day because the app is malfunctioning and there’s zero customer care response. Taking note of them and avoiding any house or estate that uses the app or Venco and will spread the word so nobody has to go through what I’ve gone through today. Absolutely terrible!

App was working fine! You forced an update and now it won’t work on my phone! None of the icons are responding. Fix it so I can get my token!

This app has changed my view of life within estate, everything is much simpler and easier. Thanks guys

I'm not one to leave reviews but I had to do this one. I don't remember the last time I had to interact with my estate admins since I got the app for myself. I especially love the dashboard that shows my enter usage and balance at a glance and the ability to report issues without calling my estate admins. So far this is the most feature-rich app for estates I have used. Kudos to the team.

I’ve used the resident app up to 3 months now and I don’t have any issue with it.

App was working fine and then forced and update now anytime one clicks anything it’s just says “oops our gurus are working on it “

Always going white blank and that’s it. Can’t do anything with this app.
