Too many glitches, so much room for improvements. I hate that I’m stuck with this app, NOTHING works right with this piece of crap

They're ripping us off with this app at Emcel Court Phase 1 Ikota GRA the management is the worstest have ever see, paying 200,000 just for light monthly even after I still have light on my pre-paid meter focus people to buy light if you didn't buy they'll discount your light after contributing extra money like 50k monthly •management Name: Didi Cole Limited Any estate you see that use this app my sister and brother run for your life, they don't care they'll take all your money.

Can’t access the App + is there a office or an Admin I can lay complaint to?… because the assigned estate manager(mr Paul) isn’t helping and he keeps telling me his boss’s hasn’t responded on the issue of the over charged bill on my apartment and I want that to be rectified ASAP! So I can pay my proposed bill. And I feel bullied not able to buy power in my apartment because of the management’s mistakes please! This is draining and I’m honestly running out of patience please. Estate: Oral estate extension Name of resident: Miss Faith. Would be glad if my complaint is been looked into and rectified. Thank you.

Not sure how anyone gave it five stars. Engineering team must be very small or non existent. Extremely difficult to create user controls which is one of the most important things in estate management Sign in is woefully slow with otps not working After sign up and allowing notifications can no longer progress. Why can't anything be done well?

Currently in darkness after a super hectic day because the app is malfunctioning and there’s zero customer care response. Taking note of them and avoiding any house or estate that uses the app or Venco and will spread the word so nobody has to go through what I’ve gone through today. Absolutely terrible!

App was working fine! You forced an update and now it won’t work on my phone! None of the icons are responding. Fix it so I can get my token!

This app has changed my view of life within estate, everything is much simpler and easier. Thanks guys

I'm not one to leave reviews but I had to do this one. I don't remember the last time I had to interact with my estate admins since I got the app for myself. I especially love the dashboard that shows my enter usage and balance at a glance and the ability to report issues without calling my estate admins. So far this is the most feature-rich app for estates I have used. Kudos to the team.

I’ve used the resident app up to 3 months now and I don’t have any issue with it.

App was working fine and then forced and update now anytime one clicks anything it’s just says “oops our gurus are working on it “
