I cannot register and retrieve my account. Totally waste of time to use this apps. Not user friendly.
Hi Developer, Kindly revisit this module and test properly before releasing. Upon entering valid and existing loan details, the app is showing this message: “We are unable to find an application under your name”. The same behavior occurs when the user is logged in or logged out from the app. Tested Option: Housing Loan (HL) Multi-Purpose Loan (MPL) Thank you, have a nice day!
Please add these: 1. Remember Me feature to reduce always logging in 2. In-app Online Payment feature 3. Create New MP2 Savings feature 4. Add Maturity Date of MP2 Savings Thank you!

The design of the account reactivation process seems poorly thought out, it requires contacting a local number or visiting a branch in person. It's dissapointing to see such inefficient service, reminiscent of what you might expect in a less develop country.
can't even register account just because of different id's. I upload two different id's but still saying reupload images and upload two different id's even if i put really two different valid id's
If the end user will be shifting to new device and forgot the password, they will give you the option to call or to visit the nearest branch. However, if you will attempt to call, they will just advice you to go to the nearest branch and no chance of unlocking it thru calls. Whatta Joke! Such a waste of load and time. If youre an employee, you will need to file for a leave to process this since their business hour will be from 8-5. Or have the option to call the hotline to have them check to whatever you wanted to view from your locked virtual account. But you have to load your network as charges will really apply. Either ways, the end user will have to sacrifice for this inconvenience.
I suggest if we could also change email address when login online or thru app. I already update my email address via pag ibig office but still when tried to login it is still the old address was link. hoping this will resolved because it is a waste of time when updating contact details physically in your office but still when login and resetting the password was sent to the old email address useless online. And the operator said there's no option to update online only in the branch and it still not be updated the email address and mobile because you are using old version. it is already 2 months ago.
