VM Express Mobile App

I been unable to send funds to new recipients for about a year now only those already saved as beneficiary. Everytime I try to make a local transfer it just keeps on loading. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE!

Is there anyway to make those under 18 have access to this app for online uses?

Not able to transfer money and the Face ID doesn’t work. Also you can never call and get an agent! Regret the day I joined this bank.

I’ve had this app for awhile and at first everything worked great….however now I’m unable to register my new device in order to receive in app notifications…. This is very annoying as I have to type my username and password to login when I could easily enable biometrics… please investigate and fix….

Hands down the most convenient and user friendly banking app available in Jamaica. Eveything is so intuitive

This is the most comprehensive and user friendly app of all the banks. It also have FaceID integration. Your able make bank transfers and view bank rates with transparency. As far as mobile banking goes this is my favourite app so far. Much thank to the VMBS family!
