Ah some corn fi reach him. Ah people money unooh a mess wid yu nuh boss. Fix up the ting man. Cho. Simply put. A banking app should be issue free and seamless. This App needs a total revamp and modernisation. It is not supposed to make life harder. Kmt.

This thing locked my account on the grounds of “one or more of the authentication provided is incorrect.” Now, my password and username is saved in my browser, which is automatically logged in…how is it you’re telling me it’s wrong? Yet I’ve always been able to log in this way?

Since the latest update the OTP feature doesn’t work, no matter how many times support says reboot your phone! Please get this sorted ASAP

Barely ever works. Just spins and spins when you try to do anything

This is app is so annoying and not very user friendly. You have to change your password every time you login, and even then you’re unable to gain access. There’s no online chat or support to assist you. It’s very glitchy and impractical.

Modernize the app this is too old its 2024

The app stop working I am not able to do online transfer anymore I am not able to set my Face ID

Needs Face ID. It’s very cumbersome to the point I don’t even want to bank here anymore
