Recharge not credited and no refund
I availed of the free SIM card during the World Cup. I recharged by $20 for 1 week of data. The data didn’t activate and when I contacted customer car chat not I was told I needed to prove I purchased the recharge by sharing my cc statement. When I received my cc statement a few weeks later I asked the same chat not for a refund and was told I needed to provide the statement on the same day 🤷♂️ and there was nothing more they could do. Very disappointed with the customer service and no data being provided.
