I never experienced problems as much as I did the past three months with this application even after explaining my problem with more than one agent all of them ignore the matter and give me false information just to end the conversation and let me wait weeks and months for no reason

I love VogaCloset closet so much. However, it is so annoying that I have to change the language in English. Every time I open the app even though my first language is not Arabic! It’s ridiculous how the location determines the language. This auto change must be corrected because when I’m in London, I never get this change, but when I’m in Germany, it forces me every time to change it in German. When I’m in the Middle East Kuwait or Dubai changes into Arabic automatically. This is not OK!! VogaCloset IT team need to fix this glitch immediately, and therefore I will rate to the app three stars.

Deleting the app cause you’re supporting genocide

I paid on credit card on 29/10 and I retain on 1st of November Until now the money not refund???? It tale 1 month why is too late??? قدمت طلب ارجاع واسترداد التقود من تاريخ ٢٩/١٠/٢٠٢٢ رقم الارجاع: 100387857 وكان الدفع عن طريق البطاقه البنكيه والى الان لم يتم استرجاع النقود في حسابي البنكي؟؟؟ ممكن اعرف السبب او اي اخد يتواصل معاي ؟؟

لم اطلب شي من عندكم ويوصل شي ثاني ومافي اي طريقه للتواصل شنو معناته عموما كانت تجربه وحيده وماراح تتكرر واسوا تجربه معاكم

طلبت مقاس M للاسف المقاس للاطفال صغير جداً وليس مثل الطلب

الخدمه سيئه لقد طلبت منذ اسبوع و لان عندما تريد ان تفحص الطلب لا ارى شئ

Deleting this money ripping app. حسافه احط نجمه اصلا.

I contact them from everywhere and no body responding,, i try to fix the address and no one check even for the email , they delivered it to there!! The service really get me nervous
