Terrible and rude customer service. It makes the company look cheap. Luxury is not just of the product but the whole experience from purchasing to delivery. I spend money for my comfort not to have speak to me some type of way. I would rather deal with companies that are more expensive but dont outsource customer service to cheap alternatives.

I ordered two dresses from this app , everything about the quality is amazing I liked it so much but the second dress was not suitable for me so I wanted to return it, I filled a return form printed the return label and got the item ready for the shipping company to pick it up, but since the 29th of April I am waiting for them to pick it up, I have been calling them everyday and everyday they give me a time but they never come!! I emailed voga closet the said that they will send a reminder but nothing happened until now!

There was a request for refund since April and the pickup for items was after more than one month , still refund no deposited

Nice app that you can find good Material with good prices and makes you icon of fashion

طلبت منه عدة مرات وخدمة الاسترجاع رائعة وأكواد الخصم متعددة

They cancel my order without any reason or explanation

سياسة الارجاع عندهم جداً سيئة ، التوصيل ب ٤٢ واذا بترجعين شي التوصيل على حسابك الشخصي وكمان انتي الي توصلينها للمكتب . ماناسبتني قطع واضطريت اخليها ولا ارجعها

تأخير وخدمة العملاء سيئه

غالي والشحن اغلى سعر شحن عرفته ب 42 ريال ويتم تسليم الشحنة لشركة الشحن بعد اسبوع من طلبك وشركة الشحن توصل لك المنتج بعد 10 ايام يعني نصف شهر عشان تجيك شحنتك على الاقل. 👎🏻👎🏻
