Can’t add debit card!

I’ve tried calling and emailing with absolutely no response. I was told the money was put into my account when it in fact was not. But don’t worry they took my subscription fee out! Either give me the advance or refund my subscription fee immediately! Your customer service is horrendous!

Not worth all the hassle for $20 I could have borrowed that from my neighbor smh

Have always done right by me. Very flexible and if any concerns have arisen, customer service is always prompt in their responses.

You Need At Least $150 In Your Account To Qualify, If I Had $150 I Wouldn’t Need To Get An Advance From You Guys In The First Place 😂

This app takes 5 business days just to clear a payment. Starts off with very low advance limit and charges you a hefty monthly fee. There’s definitely better options out there.

This company has now stolen $525 from me. They claim they sent the money to my account two separate times but I never received it. My bank has confirmed as well I never received the money. They have been ignoring my emails and if you call the phone number for customer service they will not help you. They will tell you to email in and never respond. If you look at the BBB complaint site they are on there a lot for a reason. I would recommended any other payday app but this one. At some point they will scam you and just steal your money.
