I can’t even complete signing up??!! I got as far as getting a verification code sent to my email after submitting my name, email, and phone number, and choosing a password, but when I go to my email to retrieve the pass code you sent, when I go back to the app, it tells me to sign back in. Ok, that part is seriously annoying, but whatever. Problem lies where I go to sign back in, and it keeps telling me it’s the wrong password, despite the fact I signed in with the same exact password and email I automatically saved when I initially signed up using my phone’s FaceID, so how can it be the wrong password? I even unhid it to make sure it was the same one, yep, it was. I can’t even tell if the app works past that issue.

I paid my first advance, tried to get a new one and was told that money was on the way. Money never was received, then I tried to do it again, it kept saying issue with advance!! Would not reccomend when in need!

GET IT. You can monitor and delete connected accounts. Plaid shows my bank account successfully linked AND sharing account information with Vola Finance. My bank is not among unsupported banks in the list either. It is found and allows me to go completely through the process and security verifications of logging into my bank account and linking it. When I select my checking from the accounts available to link, it starts linking then closes and says “Unable to link account. Xxxx bank is not supported at this time”. Thanks goodness Plaid now has the Plaid Portal, it is the only reason I feel safe linking my accounts anywhere after a bad experience years ago. I immediately opened it and logged in to verify. Sure enough, it showed Vola Finance was linked and I was sharing my account and transaction information with them. I disconnected it and deleted Vola.

I can’t get past the log in because I’m told to email my ID which I have and still have to receive a response

I have had this app for a while, the interface is basic almost to the point of being useless, and it’s almost impossible to improve your score. The $300 advance is a lie. You might get as much as $55. I have basically been paying back and taking out the same $55 for over a year, as soon as I can afford to I’m just gonna pay it back and delete the app. Don’t do it. Vague, bad interface, subscription that is basically useless.

Simple and easy! Repayment length is more than reasonable. Opportunity for extension on repayment in case of emergency. Timely responses with customer service-Offered borrowing amount is wonderful. Helps in small situations when needed.

Whoever gets close to $50 much less $300 is clearly faking it. They do $20 and never increase it no matter how much you have in the bank nor the fact you frequently pay on time every single time.
