I just my first finance after so many try’s at local dealers ship with were some ugly issues with the sales manager but vroom was totally different from all dealership they were honest n surprisingly nice but they got the deal done and also thanks united auto credit corp
I nearly traded my car, but sold it here for twice what the dealer was offering in trade. Only thing I forgot was to take the license plates off before they took it away, because NY.
I had been looking around for a truck and had been to several dealerships with the promise that they could get the deal done but, it was a waste of my time. So I decided to give Vroom a chance and was able to find the vehicle I wanted with many financial options. I had everything everything at my fingertips and got the deal done and was even assigned a dedicated agent that took care of me and answered all my questions. I am a customer for life it was easy to complete. I highly recommended VROOM.
After my purchase of a vehicle from this co I referred my friend to them and she recently purchased a vehicle from vroom and she is happy and satisfied with the entire purchase and delivery process.

How do you require insurance for a vehicle that the customers financing still isn’t approved for a week and a half later after submitting ALL of the required documents and payments from the start? Agents assigned do not communicate proficiently nor timely and even lie about reaching out. Why has my been in funding review for 10 with no one giving me any update? Why was I told that you all do not know the location of the vehicle that I’m paying insurance on?
This app is great when it comes to shopping for cars and all there but I think that to me it just need better tracking update for the customer on their vehicle delivery
It’s been going on 2 weeks now that I’ve waited for the car, and no sign of movement. ———— The story: When providing online services, there should be some sort of gain/improvement over the normal process. From the start this has been a pain. A sales guy called me after I started looking, and the minute he found out that I didn’t have a 700 credit score (670) he became cold and was basically like “good luck”. I ignored that as even dealerships do that same crap when they don’t see it as free money. I found a car, went through the qualification process, picked a loan that had the lowest percentage, and submitted. Credit checks blew up my report, which was a little surprising as I didn’t expect as many checks as went through, but figured that was normal now a days. I had a question and called the sales guy back, and he informed me that I shouldn’t have picked the loan I picked due to it being subprime or something and the others are better, he said he would call me back after looking at my account and said I might get credit hits again. But again, I was willing (at the time) to trust the process. He got back to me and said I had actually picked the best and they were going forward. From that point forward I could not seem to get clarity on what was even going on. I kept having to reach out, sometimes being told to not upload documents but to send them by email, sometimes being told to upload again. It took days. They wouldn’t continue without me buying insurance, so I did and it’s been a week now with no car. So I’m paying for something that I don’t own yet due to their slowness. I still have no idea what’s going on, the app says I can track the car, I click track and it takes me to a page where it’s still sitting in the step before paying and document signing. I emailed a few days ago and was told they were doing car inspections and would be delivered soon, but today I got an email saying the funding hadn’t been released yet. And on top of that the customer service person told me a completely different funding place, but then said she was mistaken. I have no idea if I’ll ever get the car, and my payment clocks are all ticking without even having seen it. The only positive I can give is they are pretty quick at responding to my questions, but not very helpful or seem to be just as confused as I am about what’s next or what the current status is. Do not use this service, even with all the good reviews I could never recommend this.
You are the only company that always give the least offer when someone wants to sell their vehicle or trade in. Haven’t you seen why Carvana is winning ???
