Hey guys. I could not add a credit card. Card is VISA

And the sign-up process is extremely tedious, having to go through ads and newsletter opt-ins. Took me about 20 minutes to purchase a single train ticket. Ugh.

Total waste of time trying to use this app. The Oslo public transit app Ruter works great, but somehow Vy can’t figure it out

The app breaks down when entering foreignvisa cards. Very frustrating. Also would it be helpful if PayPal was an option in the app and not only in the Webbrowsers. So when foreign Visa cards (german) are not accepted there is another payment option in the app. Having to switch to the Webbrowsers is a little annoying- cause then the use of the app is wasted.

Freezes, needs update....

The app itself works fine once all is set, BUT: - you can't register new cards via the app. It crashes and you must go via nsb.no - it takes so much time to load the favorite route, that it's much faster to choose manually the stations you want - it doesn't provide delay notification on specific routes at specific TIMES. I don't care about a delay at 12:54, when I want to take the train at 18:20. ;) Otherwise the app works as it should. Checking schedule, buying tickets in a very simple way.

No Maestro-CARD as payment method

Hey this app i need it in my holidays in Norway... Please more Language!!! Maybe German? :) we need it in August!!!!!!! Pls in German!!! :) thx

Funka bra veldig lenge men så plutselig sluttet billetter å dukke opp i appen når jeg kjøper dem, når jeg prøver å manuelt legge til billetten virker ikke det heller.

Dere må skjerpe dere. Dere endre spor på veldig kort tid. En gammel dama med rollestol klarte ikke å løpe til en annen spor pga dere endrer på kort tid.
