You can buy tickets from Vy and other transport companies such as Go-Ahead, SJ, Ruter, Kolumbus, Skyss and Brakar. · Get real-time information on all departures
· Receive push notifications about delays and cancellations affecting your journey
· View your tickets and present your ticket for inspection
· Check how full each carriage on your train is
· Save your favourite routes and places that you frequently visit
· Book taxis across much of the country

I see the accountants strike again as they’ve given the developers no budget (because green KPI’s and bar graphs with the with profit are more important than the customer) because you can go in as a guest but have to sign up which the messy and confusing process.
Payment is still like the internet from 90s, I suppose it costs the company money to integrate / collab with Apple and Google Pay, plus it loves to unresponsive, thankfully it’s rescued by a decent train and on-board experience.
With profit over service, buy your ticket at a machine and read the screens, delete this app, it won’t getting better anytime soon!
Getting worse. It’s so glitchy.
Used to work okay by has become more and more glitchy. Now I can’t even login because it says my browser cookie setting is wrong, which is untrue. I have no problem with a single other App.
Do get this sorted please.

Nice, but….
Tried to book tickets from app and get an error message every time. Time wasted.
Sign up on Website before using app
For non-Norwegians, make sure to sign-up and buy tickets on the website first before using the app, you may have an issue with the ZIPCODE depending on which country but just putting some numbers like 1010101 works.
Once you have an account, you can use your credentials to log on via the app.

I purchased tickets online and chose the option to download to the app: when I entered the confirmation number in the app it says they are already downloaded to another device. They have not been downloaded by me, and VY cannot help!
Can't buy tickets if non-norwegian
Before the update, I could purchase tickets on this app. Now it has a problem with UK mobile phone numbers.
Please fix-check ruter billet - they've made it work for tourists and non-nationals.
Can't use some features as a tourist
This is a nice, well designed app but although it's available in English, non-Norwegians can't register to use the useful features like booking and eTickets.
The app doesn't make this clear and there are no warnings or information to explain why features like registration don't work. With a bit more polish, this app could be a great bonus for regular visitors to Norway but for now, it's not all that useful.
