I connected my bnet to the game and now it’s unplayable I’ll sign in and it will not load afterwards it’s disappointing as I really liked it in the small amount of time I played. I will change my review if ever fixed.

I’ve had to open and close the game today for over an hour to claim “tomes” earned in game for the experience I need to progress minis as a free player and not just buying the experience in the shop. Still gets bugs in PvP where the game doesn’t load, it’s an automatic loss.

I used to love this game, but the bugs are crazy. I am owed soo many times at this point and event tickets that never showed up. I’ve been waiting a long time for this to be fixed.

You’ll spend money on tomes and you won’t get them, only to have tech support tell you “we know this is an issue and we will reach out IF we decide to give you a refund” This is legitimate theft and you should avoid this dubious game at all cost.

Noticed a bug where tomes won’t collect all at once. You have to keep closing and opening the game to claim one tome at a time which is extremely frustrating as they get backed up fairly quickly

I had to change my 5 star rating down to a three star due to the rewards system being badly bugged. I have several (10+) tomes I haven’t been able to properly open. At first, they don’t pop up at all. Then, when the recovery system pops up, I get an error message. It’s been a pain as of late; especially with the latest season. Hoping it gets sorted out soon so that I can change all of this.

The game is still really buggy when I am supposed to get 2 decks I get the first one then I have to restart the game to get the second one

When this game came out over a year ago it was flawless and a great game. Now? I can’t play a single day without some kind of bug, glitch or error. Here are a few that I have come across : cannot claim more than one tome without restarting the game : the store where you buy mini’s and leaders is not shuffling correctly. It’s been 4 days of Blackrock and I have not come across a single whelp egg mini : when I try to join a public que for raiding, it tells me to update the game before I can do that, but the game is already up to date! I love new content and it does make me happy when it comes out, but please, stop pushing new content and fix the hame first!

There’s no doubt it’s a fun game, but after the updates it’s become unusually hard. The game used to be able to give you a quick 10 minutes of fun before switching it off. With the new updates, you’ll need to watch video strategy, read about strategy, and do a significant amount of work just to play the game casually. If you’re a hard-core player, this is a great game for you. If you’re a casual player like myself and just like to space out a few minutes a day without having to study strategies and watch YouTube videos about how to beat bosses, this game will frustrate you beyond belief. I lose 4 matches for every 1 I win after the new update. The AI difficulty increased too much to be a casual game.

When I receive a tome it won’t come up. I have to exit the game and come back in to receive it. If I get 3 tomes I have to exit and come back in 3 times
