Can’t Install the App
The app just stop loading on 5s but no warning just the app grayed out.
I installed it and it worked once.
I installed it on my iPad to use it for work. I was relieved because it works and I was able to sign in to my account on the first try. However, after 3 days of using it, it just got stuck and would not update any conversations, so I uninstalled it and installed again. I’m not able to log in to my account anymore. I’ve tried to install and uninstall many times and it just displays “authentication failed. Could not find server.” but my Webex account on my pc works well. It’s the same account so it seems to be the app here that has the problem. Please fix the issue.
Not Launching
Had to reinstall for 3 times already... during first install everything is ok... bit after a few day the app will not launch.. can you fix this
What happened?
My app is being unreliable especially now that I need it more than ever die to COVID-19 issue. I’m unable to post (stuck at Sending...) and it’s not automatically updating (takes forever to catch up) even if connect to WiFi. I have not experienced this before. Please fix.
I can’t log in.
They send email verification link but when i tap on it it just redirects me back to the app, but the app does not proceed with the verification. It’s stuck with the “We sent an email to—“ screen.
Inferior version of the desktop version
App takes some time to update on the background. You’ll most likely need to open the app for it to run and catch up, after this latest upgrade. Also unlike the desktop version, the message can’t be edited

Cannot boot app
App doesn’t even make it past the launch screen anymore. Have to restart 5-6 times and hope it loads. Please restore functionality
Updated app is non-functional
I downloaded the app for a call with a business that uses webex as their video conference provider. It connected the call, but the audio wouldn’t connect with my bluetooth headset nor speaker. All the buttons (audio mute, video on-off) were non-functional during the call. And when I tried to report the bug, it would only accept input if I first created an account. Truly a terrible product, even compared to other video call solutions.
