Well Repeat NHS Prescriptions

I have contacted pharmacy over 10 times about my medication, it keeps on getting "delayed", I keep on having to reconfirm my delivery at odd times of day when it is clearly obvious I want the medication as soon as possible. I keep on being told it will arrive soon, it has been escalated or other things but it still has not arrived, i'm not even sure it's been dispatched yet, as royal mail tracking link says it was started at 9pm last night... Seems like they are utterly disorganised. I have had similar issues with this pharmacy in the past, they had no care for the patient. I did not even select this pharmacy but somehow they auto took over my prescription that I sent the pharmacy2u, who are equally bad tbh. Get blunt replies and no proper information.

This app is the worst app ever it’s actually unbelievable these people are playing with peoples lives ,EVERY MONTH it is problems and they have no manners because they never apologise ,you can see they have a attitude through the messages they send , every month I have to wait 4-5 days for my prescription to be approved then they take days to dispatch it ,the longest I’ve waited is 8 days which is why I’m writing this review because I am still waiting for it to be dispatched my doctor has approved it so why is it taking 7 days to be dispatched , I have run out I have anxiety and depression and I am a mess because of their monthly delay ,even when I order it well in advance they fail me every single time .after I receive this medication ile never use this app again I will go to the pharmacy myself to sort out my meds it’s less hassle doing it that way . Absolutely ridiculous this app needs to be shut down

For almost a month I have been waiting to receive my medication with barely any communication and updates. If you want to get your meds in time do not use well

Since signing up to Well’s online Pharmacy service I have left those queues at the Pharmacy far behind me. Such a straight forward process to reorder my prescription’s then excellent communication all the way to the prescription arriving. Thumbs up 👍 to a Fabulous Service from WELL. April from Suffolk.

Been using this app for years and never had any issues, however recently they keep saying my GP hasn’t approved my order, when I can see in the NHS app they have. So both times I’ve had to cancel the order, due to running out of medication. I always order in the time frame they recommend.

Doesn’t mention anywhere on the website or the app that it only works if you have an English GP. There are other countries in the UK then just England.

Every month they send me capsules when my prescription stipulates ‘tablets or caplets only, no capsules thank you’. The label says tablets but the box and contents are always capsules. They are going to kill someone if they can’t cross check medication and labels correctly. I have had enough and moving to a different company.
