No rates just track a transfer and find location This app needs fixing

I was to receive payment, they’ve kept it on hold for more than two weeks!! I contacted customer service, wrote emails, followed up with their identity verification yet they won’t release the funds not reverse the payment to the sender! Never using western union again!

Usless app this is money tracking app not for send money 😒

Very poor UO and cannot check inr to use conversion rates , completely useless app.

Disappointing to see that this app does not allow login/money transfer. I downloaded this with intention of transferring money. But am disappointed Pls add login/transfer option ASAP else app is useless

You can do nothing!!! Disgusted with the app, neither you can send money or do anything except tracking transfer. WASTE OF TIME.

This app doesn't allow to send money. Actually I came to this app as the website doesn't work. This app is also another disappointment.
