センサーが反応したままになってしまい、外出先からアプリの手動サイクルボタンを押してもサイクル中断機能によりサイクルが開始されず困っています。 愛猫が使用中ではないことは分かっている状況では、センサーの反応によるサイクル中断機能は必要ありません。 サイクル中断機能をオフにして手動サイクルできるようになって欲しいです。 手動サイクルしたいときにできないので使い勝手が悪いと思います。

It does not switch when the button is pressed.

一つ前のバージョンを使用しておりましたが、回転時の音の静かさ、体重管理の送受信で外出先からのチェックなど、非常に快適です。一つだけあるとしたら、ステップ台が少し狭いのか？もしくは、手前のところがプラ製(以前はゴム)だから足元を引っ掛けるのが不安定なのか？どちらかは分かりませんが、うちの娘は用を足してOUTする時はステップを使わずジャンプするので、砂が飛び散ったりしてます。

All of a sudden it has stopped sending me the cycle complete notification about 40-60% of the time. I still receive them every now and then but completely random. Raised a ticket but no fix so far.

何回分貯まっているか分かり、かつ、トイレ使用の時間もわかるので、掃除のタイミングを最適化できます。 残念なのは、最新バージョンでグラフがスムージングされてしまいわかりにくくなってしまったこと。残量ゲージもデジタルになったものの、数値はあてにならず、表示も分かりにくいです。 結局、一つ前のバージョンに戻しました。 そんなところより、週間、月間ヒストリーの平均値計算がおかしい方を修正するべきです。（期間初日の数値が正しく反映されない）

It took a bit to get our kids on board but since they figured it out I love it! I highly recommend the extended warranty to cover replacement parts if you have a little stinker like our Trè, who scratched a hole in the liner. But I love our Whisker and highly recommend it to anyone.

The litter Robot is awesome. No smell. Has been in my living room since Christmas

I’ve had mine for 3 years and absolutely love it! With 4 cats about to add another robot in another area. I’ve had both back and shoulder surgery and this has helped with cleaning. It’s so much more sanitary too!! Go for it !! Best purchase ever!!

The LR4 itself is a good product but the app is terrible for anything beyond checking the status of the litter box right then and there. Well, that or accessing the shop, which is clearly where most of the investment goes. The history feature was broken for the longest time and would just load forever. It seems they have finally fixed that, so it now loads properly, but it only tracks up to one month of weight/litter box usage data and does not allow you to export historical data. That's hamstrings its utility for tracking long-term weight trends and possible health issues/UTIs. My old Pura Max, while an awful litter box, had a much more robust app.

I had looked and thought about moving to a self-cleaning litterbox for years but I didn't believe one could really do the job and was in my mind an extravagant expense. My kids did their due diligence and gifted me the Litter Robot 4.0 Kit - the whole shebang for Christmas. When I say this has been life changing I am speaking for myself, my cats, and our home. I didn't realize how much stress dealing with 3 litter boxes created for me. I'll be honest- I procrastinated about everything regarding litterbox duty on a daily basis. My cats are less stressed and love having a clean, dry potty everytime they need to go. They are cleaner (no stinky paws), my floor, and furniture is cleaner. I have one senior cat just diagnosed with kidney issues so the weight feature is going to help me track health issues for her. I can tell the Litter Robot is going to save money in the long run simply because the cycling keeps the litter fresher for longer and minimizes having to change out an entire round of litter so quickly. Wished I had done this a long long time ago I am forever thankful my kiddos decided it was time. ❣️
