Waste of money would not upload mp3 format
Disappointing Experience - Features Don't Work as Advertised
I recently purchased a lifetime account for the Whisper app, excited about its promised features, particularly video transcription capabilities. Unfortunately, my experience has been deeply disappointing. Pros: - The concept of the app is promising - User interface seems clean and intuitive Cons: - Approximately 90% of the advertised features do not work as promised - YouTube video transcription feature is non-functional - Personal library video transcription also fails to work - Customer support has been unresponsive to my concerns After investing in a lifetime account, I was dismayed to find that key features like YouTube video transcription and transcription of videos from my personal library simply don't work. These were major selling points that influenced my decision to purchase. I've reached out to customer support about these issues and the possibility of a refund, but as of writing this review, I haven't received a satisfactory response. For potential buyers: I strongly recommend caution before purchasing. The app's actual functionality falls far short of what's advertised. Make sure to thoroughly test all features you're interested in during any trial period before committing to a purchase. To the Whisper team: Please focus on delivering the features you promise. As it stands, the app feels like a beta version at best, not a polished product worthy of a lifetime investment. I hope the developers can address these issues promptly. Until then, I cannot recommend this app to others.
Can't Access Support
Can't access support. Paid for subcription - loaded on my Mac. Not showing up on my phone , it is asking for another subscription payment - ?
Useless.
Useless. Cannot import audio files other than voice memo format. Are they kidding, or what?

The first one worked. Now it say something went wrong
Processing File Disappears
When processing a transciption, the processing instance disappears if a user clicks on a diferent program feature. For example, I start a small audio recording for about 5 minutes while waiting I randomly choose to click on "files" or "import", then the processing stops and app resets to be ready for new recording. The small audio recording is then lost and not able to be retrieved.

This App forced me to pay $24 for a year before I could test it and it isn't working for me. Now I'm out the money and have this terrible app.
