Discontinued cameras
There is no reason to discontinue service for older cameras. I will find a different brand because wiener did this. I’ll probably go with Eufy

Devices not supported
I’ve bought about 60 of the Samsung wisenet cameras over the past 2-3 years and now half of them “aren’t supported”. No warning, no fix to ensure the money spent on the product wasn’t wasted. I just have to eat the costs apparently. Total joke.
Discontinued service
They don’t even offer service for the camera I own anymore. “Sorry for the inconvenience”

Don’t do business with Samsung
NEED AN UPDATE ASAP or Samsung will be in ruins
After this last update that I updated by accident, the app doesn’t let me use my cameras at all. It says that it doesn’t support these cameras at all - Samsung killed it all - I had a perfectly usable camera hardware, but now it’s completely useless, both the app and the cameras. This ‘app’ stopped all my security cameras, and now peace of mind. Thanks
New smart cam version
Little upset all my cameras do not work with new version! Have not been able to get an older version. I’ve deleted the newer version and tried several times to get an older version to load and no joy. Recommend to anyone thinking about purchasing this system to side step it. Cameras all trash bound.
They are just crocks.
Do not buy any smartcams from Samsung ever and not not use this App. They just stop support with no warning and I will never buy any Samsung product ever again. Samsung is a crocked company that cannot be trusted.

Why do an update that rendered 9 out of 11 of my cameras useless? Why no allow the software to continue (without future updates) so that legacy operators can continue using your products? Create new software to support your latest products, but don’t update software that kills the older versions of your products. Lesson Learned: Don’t buy anything Samsung because one day they will not just stop updating the software, no the company will make the item completely NOT usable! This company actually purposely burns its customers!

The service is no longer available for this model How can I deal with those cameras!!!.
