To Developers: Hi there, I experienced difficulties in checking the recorded video footage direct from mobile phones laterly, the video also stalled frequently. The app was working pretty well prior to the svc termination announcement. Would you able to enlighten us on what happened lately? Thank you and appreciate greatly efforts from you guys in maintaining the app thus far.

I opened my app and it asked me to update. I updated and now most of my cams are not working. Why ask to update if you are going to make it all not work???? Confused on the agenda here.

Went through with Apple support in Oct 2020. Recordings will play with green glitches and freezings when they are downloaded into iPhones 11/12 Pro and Pro Max. Emailed Techwin support, acknowledged but still no update as of today.

After updating IOS 14.2, the cam app becomes unstable. I cannot see live video using this app. The camera is still working fine.

I bought this camera because of the sd card options to store records footage by myself not on your CLOUDS. After this horrible update I can’t even view my recorded footage. Where’s the sd card options???? Why it’s totally disappearing???! Please check first before launch new horrible update update which makes this camera totally useless with sd card.

So far so good. However, can you kindly update it for iPhone X.

There is no reason to discontinue service for older cameras. I will find a different brand because wiener did this. I’ll probably go with Eufy

I’ve bought about 60 of the Samsung wisenet cameras over the past 2-3 years and now half of them “aren’t supported”. No warning, no fix to ensure the money spent on the product wasn’t wasted. I just have to eat the costs apparently. Total joke.

They don’t even offer service for the camera I own anymore. “Sorry for the inconvenience”

I would give it a zero star
