way to many issues. absolutely nothing works. cameras don’t connect. can’t do okay back. USELESS

App is not connecting in multiple locations and click support and link says 404 not found.

this app needs an update. my cameras are always disconnecting and not showing. and now i can’t even open the app because it keeps shutting down. please provide an update soon…it really really needs it

It always disconnected they are no update or anything i wish i could vote it a negative 100 stars

It does the job. Not well or efficiently but it works most of the time. Recently changed to only accessible for apple, but we have many users that request the app be updated for android users please we’re begging.

Please update this app. It hasn’t seen an update in over a year. You can only see your footage when the app decides to work and connect. This is ridiculous.

Often folks will buy a product, open the package and write a review. That’s not a very helpful measure of the quality of the product. I bought a Samsung (now WiseView) Security Camera system from Sam’s over 5 years ago. I installed it myself. Until recently, I worked out of town and left my house empty a great deal of the time. I have 13 cameras around the outside of my home and in my garage. I live on the oceanfront so the cameras are subjected to a harsh salt environment 24/7 (not to mention the occasional hurricane). I won’t say there haven’t been the occasional wrinkle along the way. I’ve had to replace 4 or 5 of the cameras over the years. But overall the product and the app have performed well above my expectations. I use the app from my iPad or iPhone every day. When I am traveling I use it multiple times per day to monitor my home. It has provided much peace of mind over the years. I won’t say it’s perfect. I’m sure it could load a little quicker, or have a little better resolution. But it’s been extremely reliable, worth far in excess of the $600 I paid for the system years ago. Thank you, WiseView.

can someone help me to watch playback on this app? i only watched 3 days ago on playback. could we watch video by playback with a month ago?
